Customer Success Officer

With hundreds of customers and thousands of users around the world, Furious Squad is a growing SaaS software company.

As part of its development, Furious is looking for a Customer Success Officer.

Within the Success division, you enthusiastically accompany our customers in the deployment of Furious and you give them the opportunity to become our ambassadors.

We are a team with diverse and complementary skills and experiences! 

Collaborative and participative approach, “solution” oriented way of thinking and involvement sought.

Our missions

Customer relations, communication, relational marketing, functional and technical support, the Customer Success Officer touches on everything!

Representing customers, you will be their privileged interlocutor, responsible for supporting them in the use of our solutions at each stage (installation, training, communication, …).

You will therefore be responsible for their satisfaction, concerned with providing a high quality of service as well as a real customer experience. 

Customer retention and development will be at the heart of your priorities.

But also :

  • Set up and train on the Furious solution
  • Process incoming level 1 requests (telephone, email, chat)
  • Participate in product development by sharing customer feedback
  • Solve customer incidents
  • Analyze feedback from satisfaction surveys
  • Write help content for using Furious (FAQ, guide, videos)

Ideal profile

Bac +5 level

Organized, motivated, curious, you have a good ability to adapt. 

Empathetic and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to listen to customers to meet their needs. 

You know how to handle a customer problem, manage complaints and report information.

Your written expression and your spelling are impeccable.

Experience in a communication / digital agency, in a consulting firm / ESN or in a software publisher would be a plus.

The following assets will be decisive:

  • Very good level of oral and written expression in French and English
  • Good listening skills
  • Technical knowledge
