Today, our agency is part of the Human Skills group. We&#8217;re a team of about fifteen people within the agency, and what sets us apart is that we can also draw on the group&#8217;s 500 experts, spread across its various brands.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long have you been using Furious?<\/h2>\n\n<p>We&#8217;ve been using Furious since 2021, so for two years now.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">And before Furious?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Before adopting Furious, we used several tools. However, we didn&#8217;t really use many of them, and having multiple tools meant we quickly abandoned each one. In short, we were flying a bit blind.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What problem did Furious solve?<\/h2>\n\n<p>The main problem we faced was tracking time spent per project, which had a direct impact on profitability management. Our estimates of the time devoted to each project were very rough. Since we started using Furious, this problem has largely been resolved.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your favorite feature on Furious?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Schedule management is crucial for us. But the feature I particularly appreciate is the &#8220;sales pipeline,&#8221; especially the ability to easily assign probabilities and get an overview of how a project is progressing. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How much time does Furious save you?<\/h2>\n\n<p>I&#8217;d say Furious saves us about 5 hours a week.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What feature would you like to see added?<\/h2>\n\n<p>I think I&#8217;m not yet using all the features Furious offers to their full potential. I&#8217;d like to level up my skills and be guided by Furious experts on this. For now, I don&#8217;t see anything missing for managing the agency.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Has Furious changed your day-to-day?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Yes, absolutely. We&#8217;re now much more focused on anticipation, particularly when it comes to resource planning.
