The RGPD also confers new rights on people whose data is processed, including the right to be forgotten and the right to data portability. Since our inception, the protection of personal data has always been a priority, and Furious has already taken all the necessary steps to comply with the RGPD, ensuring that our services operate within a secure and transparent legal framework. Among the measures we have put in place to ensure RGPD compliance:   <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-57\">Establish clear contractual agreements outlining the obligations and responsibilities of Furious and our customers with respect to the collection and processing of personal data.\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-58\">It should be noted that as part of our services, Furious acts as a subcontractor for our clients. Therefore, it is also the responsibility of our clients to ensure that their operations comply with the GDPR, in particular with regard to the collection, use and storage of personal data transmitted to Furious. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-59\">Maintain a register of processing operations to track and update all data processing activities.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-60\">Implement procedures to secure personal data and minimize the risk of data breaches, as well as protocols for informing the CNIL in the event of such incidents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-61\">To find out more about how Furious uses your data, you can read our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.furious-squad.com\/en\/data-protection-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Data Protection Policy <\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ai-optimize-62\" id=\"google-sheets\">Note on the Google Sheets\u2122 extension<\/h2>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-63\">Furious&#8217;s Google Sheets\u2122 extension transfers data from a sheet to Furious\u2122. No information about the user&#8217;s Google\u2122 account is transferred. To perform this operation, the user must have a Furious\u2122 account and the necessary rights. Transferred data remains the property of the user. Under no circumstances does Furious\u2122 share this data or make it public. Raw data transferred is retained only for the duration of the manipulation.      They are then deleted within 48 hours.  <b>How do I transfer data from the Google Sheets\u2122 sheet?<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-64\">The user requests a transfer identifier in the Furious\u2122 application. This identifier is a unique key that expires after 48 hours. <\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-65\">The user then copies this key into the modal window of the Furious\u2122 extension for Google Sheets\u2122. Once the key has been validated, the sheet data is sent to Furious\u2122 via an API. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-66\"><b>Access to Google data<\/b> The user logs in to Google Sheets\u2122. Furious\u2122 does not intervene in the identification process. The user then installs the Furious\u2122 extension for Google Sheets\u2122 from Google Marketplace\u2122 and accepts the terms of the consent screen. No information about the user&#8217;s Google\u2122 account is transferred to Furious\u2122. <b>Use of data<\/b> The use and transfer by the Furious\u2122 extension for Google Sheets\u2122 of any information received from Google APIs will be in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.google.com\/terms\/api-services-user-data-policy#additional_requirements_for_specific_api_scopes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Google API Services User Data Policy <\/a>, including the Limited Use requirements. Once the extension is installed, the user is presented with a new &#8220;Furious&#8221; menu in Google Sheets\u2122. Selecting &#8220;Export data to Furious&#8221; from this menu opens a modal window containing a form. This form contains an ID field into which the user must paste the unique transfer ID provided by the Furious\u2122 application. When the user validates the form with the &#8220;Send&#8221; button, data from the active Google Sheets\u2122 sheet is transmitted to the user&#8217;s Furious\u2122 application via a secure API. This data is then stored in the database of the user&#8217;s Furious\u2122 instance. <b>Data storage<\/b> The transferred data remains the property of the user. Each user has his or her own Furious\u2122 instance with its own database. The raw data transferred is temporarily stored in the database of the user&#8217;s Furious\u2122 instance. Once the data has been transferred, the user can validate it and choose whether or not to import it into his Furious\u2122 application. <b>Data sharing<\/b> Furious\u2122 does not share this data with third parties in any way. Data is only used within the scope of the Furious\u2122 application&#8217;s functionalities and in accordance with the user&#8217;s choices. <b>Data security and deletion<\/b> Data is transmitted and stored securely. Raw data is kept for the duration of handling and is deleted within a maximum of 48 hours after transfer.              Users can choose to delete or manage their data in their own Furious\u2122 instance at any time.  <b>Data transfer process<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-67\">The user requests a transfer ID (unique ID) in the Furious\u2122 application.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-68\">The user pastes this ID into the modal window form of the Furious\u2122 extension for Google Sheets\u2122.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-69\">By clicking &#8220;Send&#8221;, the data in the active Google Sheets\u2122 sheet is sent to the user&#8217;s Furious\u2122 application via a secure API.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-70\">The user validates the data received in his Furious\u2122 application and chooses whether or not to import it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 class=\"ai-optimize-71\">A note on Google Calendar\u2122 integration<\/h2>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-72\">In line with our commitment to data protection and privacy, Furious\u2122 offers an integration feature with Google Calendar\u2122, allowing users to synchronize events and tasks between the two platforms. This integration works according to the following RGPD-compliant principles: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-73\"><strong>Data minimization:<\/strong> Only the data required for synchronization &#8211; specifically, calendar events and their metadata &#8211; are accessed and processed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-74\"><strong>User consent:<\/strong> Activation of the integration requires the user&#8217;s explicit consent. The user can revoke access at any time by deactivating integration in their account settings. <\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-75\"><strong>Data security:<\/strong> all data transmitted between Furious\u2122 and Google Calendar\u2122 is encrypted during transfer and at rest, guaranteeing protection against unauthorized access.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-76\"><strong>Use of data :<\/strong> The data accessible is used exclusively to enable the synchronization service and is not used for any other purpose.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-77\"><strong>Third Party Compliance:<\/strong> Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.google.com\/terms\/api-services-user-data-policy#additional_requirements_for_specific_api_scopes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google API Services User Data Policy <\/a>, including the Limited Use requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-78\">Users retain the right to access, rectify or delete their synchronized data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. For more information on how we manage personal data, please see our Data Protection Policy. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ai-optimize-79\">Note on the Furious\u2122 Drive-Connector<\/h2>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-80\"><b>Introduction<\/b> Furious is committed to protecting your privacy. This addendum describes how we manage personal data as part of the &#8220;Furious\u2122 Drive-Connector&#8221; functionality, which integrates Google Drive\u2122, Google Docs\u2122, Google Sheets\u2122 and Google Forms\u2122 with our ERP system. <b>Data collection and use<\/b> When you use the &#8220;Furious\u2122 Drive-Connector&#8221;, we collect and process the following information: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-81\"><strong>Google\u2122 account information:<\/strong> With your explicit consent, we access your Google\u2122 account details to facilitate authentication and integration with our ERP system.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-82\"><strong>Google Drive\u2122 files and metadata:<\/strong> With your permission, we access and manage files and their metadata in your Google Drive\u2122 in order to associate them with your projects in Furious\u2122.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-83\"><b>Purpose of data processing<\/b> The data collected is used solely for :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-84\">Authenticate your Google\u2122 account with Furious\u2122.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-85\">Enable the association of Google Drive\u2122 documents with your projects in Furious\u2122.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-86\">Allow the creation of new Google Docs\u2122, Google Sheets\u2122, Google Forms\u2122 and Google Slides\u2122 directly from Furious\u2122.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-87\"><b>Data storage and security<\/b> We store the following information securely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-88\"><strong>Access Tokens:<\/strong> These are stored to enable future connections without repeated authentication.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-89\"><strong>Google\u2122 file identifiers:<\/strong> these are saved to maintain the link between your Furious\u2122 projects and associated Google\u2122 documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-90\">All data is encrypted and stored in separate databases for each customer, ensuring data isolation and security. <b>Data sharing<\/b> We do not share your Google\u2122 account information or any associated data with third parties. Data is used exclusively in connection with the functionality of the Furious\u2122 app, in accordance with your instructions. <b>User control<\/b> You have full control over the integration: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-91\"><strong>Access revocation:<\/strong> You can revoke the application&#8217;s access to your Google\u2122 account at any time. Once revoked, we will delete the stored access tokens. You will then need to re-authenticate if you wish to use the integration again.  <\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-92\"><strong>Managing linked documents:<\/strong> you can add or remove Google\u2122 documents linked to your projects in Furious\u2122 as you wish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-93\"><b>Compliance with the Google\u2122 API Services User Data Policy<\/b> Our use and transfer of information received from Google\u2122 APIs complies with the Google\u2122 API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section><\/section>\n<h2 class=\"ai-optimize-94\" id=\"google-sheets\">A note on Google Meet\u2122 integration<\/h2>\n<section><\/section>\n<p>Furious\u2122 also features integration with Google Meet\u2122, allowing users to schedule and join video conferences directly from the app. This integration complies with the following data protection and privacy principles: <\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-95\">Data minimization: Only information strictly necessary to create and manage meetings is processed (title, date, time, videoconference link).<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-96\">User consent: activation of the integration requires the explicit consent of the user. The latter can revoke access at any time from their Furious\u2122 account settings or in their Google\u2122 account. <\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-97\">Data security: Data exchanged between Furious\u2122 and Google Meet\u2122 is transmitted via secure, encrypted APIs. Furious\u2122 does not store meeting content, audio\/video streams or transcripts. <\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-98\">Limited use: Accessible data is used solely for the purposes of meeting planning and participation.
