The HRIS manages the HR cycle. Without continuity, every change becomes a new entry and the two systems can diverge.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Result: part of the time saved by HR tools is lost again in manual transfers between HR and operations.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A natural complementarity \u2014 integration being finalized<\/h2>\n\n<p>Furious is the operational layer; JetHR is the HR layer. The integration is being finalized: JetHR can feed Furious with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.furious-squad.com\/en\/module\/hr-management\/\">presence and absence<\/a> data to reflect resource availability, and absences approved in Furious can be created in JetHR via API. Modification and deletion flows are still being fully validated on the Furious side before finalized two-way synchronization can be confirmed.  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Furious remains the system of record for staffing, capacity, and delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>JetHR remains the HR system of record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presence and absences can feed into Furious to reflect real resource availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Absences approved in Furious can be created in JetHR; updates and deletions are in final validation on the Furious side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Furious and JetHR work together<\/h2>\n\n<p>Each platform remains focused on its area of expertise. Furious serves as an operational layer: information is captured as work progresses, prepared, and reused to minimize the need for re-entry. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> the Furious \u00d7 JetHR integration is actively being developed and tested.
