[Jeanne Baron] What is the current state of AI in the field of communication in France today? <\/h3>\n
[Davy Tessier]<\/strong> AI is a tool for developers. People like to think they have AI in their tools, much like we like to think we have a car that gets better gas mileage or that our phone has the latest camera technology. <\/p>\n
That’s the “how,” but not the “why.”<\/p>\n
The key issue is the proactive, predictive nature of these tools. Good tools\u2014attractive and easy to use\u2014are already a huge help for many very small businesses, but the challenge in the coming years will be tools that allow businesses to anticipate or even understand customer flows and take action when necessary. <\/p>\n
On this path, AI\u2014and not just AI\u2014can be a game-changer. <\/p>\n
[JB] That’s where you come in with your gem, Furious squad\u2014can you tell us about your story?<\/h3>\n
[DT]<\/strong> After more than 10 years working at a communications agency, we created a management tool for service companies (agencies, professional services) that saves time and money (on average, it replaces 7 tools for our clients and saves each professional group about 20% of their time). <\/p>\n
Well-managed processes and tools directly contribute to a company’s performance… or to disasters. <\/p>\n
Generally speaking, our clients come to us in two situations > s in the growth phase looking to structure their business and gain insights into industry best practices, or following an operational crisis they didn\u2019t see coming. <\/p>\n
With Furious, it’s impossible to lose money without the tool warning you first!<\/p>\n
[JB] What innovative solutions do you offer to businesses? <\/h3>\n
[DT]<\/strong> Looking back, we can identify three main ways to organize a service business:<\/p>\n
1\/ Lots of different tools<\/b>: We have the best in each area, but once a company reaches a certain size, this becomes a pitfall > \u2014it\u2019s difficult to reconcile data quickly and proactively. It\u2019s impossible to draw correlations. <\/p>\n
