Could you introduce yourself, Caroline?
I am Caroline Vignand Olivier, founder and director of Pop for you agency. Today, our agency is part of the Human Skills group. We are a team of about fifteen people within the agency, and we also have the unique advantage of relying on the group’s 500 experts, distributed across its various brands.
How long have you been using Furious?
We have been using Furious since 2021, for two years now.
And before Furious?
Before adopting Furious, we used several tools. However, we didn’t use them extensively, and the fact of using multiple tools led to quickly abandoning each of them. In short, we were operating somewhat blindly.
What problem has Furious solved?
The main problem we faced was managing time spent per project, which directly impacted profitability management. Our estimates of time dedicated to each project were very approximate. Since we started using Furious, this problem has been largely resolved.
What's your favorite feature on Furious?
Schedule management is crucial for us. But the feature I particularly appreciate is the “sales pipeline,” especially the ability to easily assess probabilities and get an overview of the project’s lifecycle evolution.
How much time does Furious save you?
I would say that Furious saves us about 5 hours per week.
What feature would you like to see added?
I don’t think I’m using all of Furious’s features to their full potential yet. I’d like to improve my skills and receive guidance from Furious experts on this topic. For now, I don’t see anything missing for agency management.
Has Furious changed your day-to-day?
Yes, absolutely. We are now much more proactive, especially regarding resource planning. We have better staffing, which has significantly changed our way of working.

Team schedule management is essential for us. In reality, everything Furious offers is indispensable for our agency.
