Jérôme, could you introduce yourself?
Jérôme Balmain, co-founder of La Haute Société, founded approximately 18 years ago with my partner Christophe Bernard. Currently, I hold the position of Operations Director. Before that, I was Production Director.
La Haute Société - what do you do?
La Haute Société is a digital sector company of about fifty people specializing in communication. They have completed several notable projects, particularly with Société Générale, Adidas, and SFR. Although based in Grenoble, they have major accounts that are not necessarily nearby.
What are your main challenges within La Haute Société?
The main challenge is to maintain an optimal level of quality for the deliverables produced for their clients. They also seek to guarantee reliability in terms of quality and delivery times.
How long have you been using Furious within the agency?
They started using Furious in the summer of 2019. They were introduced to the tool by another company, Native Communication, based in Lyon.

Any wishes for the future?
We wish to use Furious even more centrally and integrate more features. With all the new features added, we want to fully integrate them into our growth ambition. The goal is to improve work quality and increase productivity.
