From September 1, 2026, the French government will require all companies established in France to receive their invoices in electronic format via a Plateforme Agréée (PA), formerly known as a Plateforme de Dématérialisation Partenaire (PDP).

The schedule for the issue is progressive:

  • September 1, 2027: small and medium-sized enterprises and micro-businesses

Invoices received :

  • Invoice dematerialization: mastered and used daily by our customers since 2023. We are certified NF203 on the subject, a guarantee of the quality, security and reliability of our systems.
  • Connection to PA (Approved Platform): completed in June 2025.
  • Functional tests: completed in August 2025.
  • Production launch of the solution: November 2025, allowing you to put in place the configuration details to be fully ready.
  • Belgium launch : January 1, 2026. From this date, invoices will be issued electronically to Belgium. It will be possible to test the system from November 2025.
  • French launch: September 1, 2026. It will be possible to test the system as early as November 2025.
