Can you introduce yourself, Caroline?

I’m Caroline Vignand Olivier, founder and director of the Pop for you agency. Today, our agency is part of the Human Skills group. We’re a team of about fifteen people within the agency, and what sets us apart is that we can also draw on the group’s 500 experts, spread across its various brands.

How long have you been using Furious?

We’ve been using Furious since 2021, so for two years now.

And before Furious?

Before adopting Furious, we used several tools. However, we didn’t really use many of them, and having multiple tools meant we quickly abandoned each one. In short, we were flying a bit blind.

What problem did Furious solve?

The main problem we faced was tracking time spent per project, which had a direct impact on profitability management. Our estimates of the time devoted to each project were very rough. Since we started using Furious, this problem has largely been resolved.

Your favorite feature on Furious?

Schedule management is crucial for us. But the feature I particularly appreciate is the “sales pipeline,” especially the ability to easily assign probabilities and get an overview of how a project is progressing.

How much time does Furious save you?

I’d say Furious saves us about 5 hours a week.

What feature would you like to see added?

I think I’m not yet using all the features Furious offers to their full potential. I’d like to level up my skills and be guided by Furious experts on this. For now, I don’t see anything missing for managing the agency.

Has Furious changed your day-to-day?

Yes, absolutely. We’re now much more focused on anticipation, particularly when it comes to resource planning. We have better staffing, which has considerably changed the way we work.
